INCENTIVE DETAILS: A licensing agreement must be signed and submitted, and the upfront fee must be paid in full, by August 31, 2024. The agreement and invoice will be provided at your request, after your final discovery meeting. Incentives are earned on behalf of your business and are non-transferable to any other business entity. No cash or trade-in value will be given for unclaimed or unused incentives; unused incentives will be forfeited. For agreements and fees received prior to July 12, 2024, incentive benefits for hotel must be used to attend IPIC 2024 (subject to availability at IPI discounted rate); those received after July 12, 2024 must be used to attend IPIC 2025. Room nights may not be rolled over to the next year, if unused. Hotel room nights will be covered by IPI directly, only to include standard room rate, room tax and the resort fee at our host hotel for nights included in our discounted block, subject to availability. If someone from your business is not staying the full night allowance, the remaining room nights may be applied to a reservation for a second person from your business. The store design credit can be applied to flooring, furniture or display costs and will either be purchased directly by IPI or reimbursed after purchase.
